We look forward to providing you with information about various resources and supports to help your student graduate with a High School Diploma and hopefully attend college! As a parent it can be challenging and overwhelming to find resources to help you and your student -but we are here to help. Please take some time to also click on the Links portion of this website under "Parent Resources" for additional information! High School Graduation Requirements Click here to find out what the graduation requirements are to obtain a high school diploma. Educational Options To find educational options for your student click on the "Students" tab. It lists various schools both within and outside of LAUSD. School Finder You can use this link "School Finder" to find your child's home school within LAUSD: LAUSD Parent-Student Handbook for 2008-09 School Statistics and Information Website To compare school ratings and find Private and/or Public schools in your area you can use the Great Schools website. It contains information about the different schools that can help you choose the right one for your student. LAUSD School Report Card Within LAUSD we now have available the School Report Card which provides information about average test scores, attendance rates, graduation rates and dropout rates for any LAUSD school.
